Similarly, our team of experienced disability support workers/carers are always ready to offer participant tailored services in line with each participant’s goal of care and NDIS needs. Also, CLCS provides supports for a whole range of people with acute and chronic medical health conditions, people living with disability (self-funded, plan managed & NDIS funded), enduring mental illness and elderly people on commonwealth funded aged care package.
